30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send step-by-step instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost — replacement or full refund.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins. Once your item ships, standard 30-day return terms apply.
