When will my order ship?
We'll send regular email updates so you always know where things stand. Once production is complete, orders ship in roughly 1–2 business days with tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide and international shipping is free. Applicable VAT and import duties are included at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. You can request changes or cancel any time before production begins. Once production starts orders can't be canceled, but returns are accepted after delivery.
What are the materials?
The outer shell is 100% nylon and fully waterproof, with a tightly woven 230T polyester lining. High-quality zippers and 3D puff embroidery on the front. Every one of the 16 accordion pockets has reinforced corners and triple-stitched seams.
Will it be too hot to wear?
No — you only wear it for short windows at the airport, not the whole trip. Carry it as a duffle through the terminal, slip it on before boarding, then fold it back under the seat.
Is this allowed by TSA?
Yes. TSA rules and airline baggage rules aren't the same thing. At screening you place the coat in the bin like any jacket. No airline charges fees on clothing you wear.
What sizes are available?
Universal fit. Small fits 5'3–5'7” / 120–165 lb, Medium fits 5'7–5'11” / 160–200 lb, Large fits 5'11–6'4” / 195–220 lb. Go true to size — it runs roomy, so do not size up.
Will I get production updates?
Yes. After ordering you'll receive weekly or bi-weekly progress updates by email once production begins.
